2026 RTPD Adult Citizen Academy

The Robbinsville Police Department is proud to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2026 Adult Citizen Police Academy!

This eight-week program is designed to enhance transparency and strengthen community relations by educating the participants about the roles, responsibilities, technology, and specialized units within our Police Department. Participants will gain firsthand insight into the daily operations of the department through classroom instruction, interactive presentations, and a scheduled patrol ride-along

At the conclusion of this program, participants will have a greater awareness and appreciation of the services we provide and a deeper understanding of how we serve and protect our community.

The Robbinsville Township Police Adult Citizen Academy will meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. Our first class will meet on September 30, 2026.There will be a maximum of 20 participants. All participants must be 21 years of age or older and are required to consent to a background check. You must be a Robbinsville resident to apply. There will be no physical fitness involved.

Applications are being accepted until September 4, 2026.
