The Record’s Unit consists of one civilian employee, Alexandra Vacha who is also responsible for discovery and is the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Police.   Mrs. Vacha is responsible for the filing of all police reports, providing attorney’s and the Municipal Prosecutor with requests for certain types of evidence, requisition of purchasing of items for the Police Department and tasks needed by the Chief of Police.
